People who get to the top do so because they are mentally prepared for it. In all but the rarest of cases, they were prepared for it mentally BEFORE they got there, which is the reason they got there in the first place! Those who succeed do so not because of luck but because of constant and diligent preparation of their minds, tuning them for greater success. They see what they will need to be in the spot they want to get to and they do what they need to do to get there!

What will it take for you to get to the top mentally? Will you have to toughen up a bit? Will you have to gain more knowledge or wisdom? Will you have to grow intellectually? Take some time today to reflect on this and then take at least one tangible step in the right direction!
