Great information for help systems! UsableHelp a website examining documentation and help systems for software and consumer products. A blog on help related sytsems, the blog is presented by Gordon Meyer, with over 20 years of experience using and programming personal computers, Gordon is currently an interaction and instructional designer for a computer company. He specializes in onscreen help, tutorials, and related instructional products.
Previously, he has been a technical writer and documentation manager for an enterprise-level database tools company, a software engineer and project leader for a large systems integrator, and the founder of his own small software company. He also helped manage and nurture communities on the GEnie and eWorld online services.
